Florida Mediation & Arbitration, LLC is a South Florida based alternative dispute resolution firm offering mediation and arbitration services statewide in Civil Circuit and Family court matters in the Florida Circuit Courts as well as for those parties who seek pre-litigation mediation or arbitration or even pre-contractual mediation. Our professionals also serve as umpires in insurance related claims involving hurricane, flood, fire and mold cases.

Our expanding roaster of professionals include Supreme Court certified Arbitrators and Mediators as well as mediation certification candidates with experience in Circuit Civil and Family/Divorce Cases. We offer professional services in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Creole and accept statewide assignments throughout the State of Florida.

Our professionals include members of the South Florida Association of Professional Mediators; the Florida Association of Professional Mediators, The International Association of Collaborative Professionals and, the Windstorm Insurance Network which certifies umpires in insurance claim cases.
